1. Design Ability

      We have an independent design department (R & D Dep.), design according to special needs of customer customers. During designing, if we find the specification is un-reasonable, our engineers will contact with customer automatically to double confirm, ensure that the product we design is with competitive price and excellent quality. They have sophisticated testing equipment for sample testing and data analysis. If customer hasn’t special requirement on the sample testing, we will test on standard. For example: Exciting Current, Hi-pot, Insulation Resistance, DC Resistance, Layer and layer insulation testing, Loading testing and Temperature Rise.

2. Quality Control

2.1 Incoming Quality Control

All the material is inspected strictly in accordance with incoming inspection standards of ISO9001:2008 quality management system and record it. Specially for the main material "core and copper wire", we will do the following test.

1) Core :  will test the core loss 100% after pass the apperance inspection, ensure that the value of core loss is under the range of customer require.

2) Copper wire : will done the pinhole test for the coat of copper wire.

2.2 In Process Quality Check

1) There is operation instrument (SOP) in each process.

2) The first article run should be confirmed prior to the production run. The final confirm have to approve by the supervior of design department and quality assurance department and signature.

3) In the process of batch production, IPQC monitor momently. If there is any issue about quality, organize the quality management group immediately to analyse the root, and make improvement soonest.

4) All the electric performance is with 100% test. Eg: Exciting Current, Insulation Resistance, Loading testing, Hi-pot and etc.

5) Testing equipment is fully and all equipment will send out to regular aligning gear for correction periodically. Eg: Touch Current Tester, Power Analyzer, AC & DC Withstand Voltage Tester (Hi-pot) and etc.

6）After the product completing, quality assurance department will sampling. And packing department will do 100% checking on apperance when packing (Apperance inspection include: finished size, outlet position, length of flexible lead wire, housing and etc).

7）Package

a) Short distance: packed with carton and deliver by company's truck.

b) Long distance:  packed with carton and then wooden case, and add PE film to advoid water and moisture.

c) Exporting product: packed with carton and then plywood crate, and add PE film to advoid water and moisture.
